Best of the Moon: Best tracks of the months – Pilot 1
Welcome to the Moon!
That’s our new format dedicated to the best tunes we heard during the previous month, in this case, last October.
It is called Best Of The Moon which goes hand in hand with our playlist by the same name which gathers all the best electronic-infused (and above) tracks of the month.
We hope you’ll enjoy this selection of new artists and do let us know what you think about them.
Let’s start the trip on the Moon.
OBLVYN – “Planet Eternium”
Let’s kick off this top10 with the first artist: Catherine Bliemel aka OBLVYN, music producer and electronic artist from Edmonton, Canada.
Starting as a classical pianist when she was just 5 years old, and playing as a guitarist in a pop-punk band, later on, OBLVYN has several skills easily recognizable in her productions.
Her latest release is “Planet Etherium”, An immersive and emotional journey into the multiverse.
Get ready to be surrounded by melodic soundscapes and aggressive synths with an incredible sound design that will leave you astonished.

WHIPPED CREAM, Jimorrow – “Light of Mine”
The second female artist on our list, you guys know we only chose the best here.
Based in Vancouver Island, Caroline Cecil aka “WHIPPED CREAM” has spent her life fully immersed in music, developing music in multiple genres and leaving the listeners astonished by her unique sound.
The latest release in collaboration with “JIMORROW” Is called: “Light of Mine”, a futuristic electronic tune with post-apocalyptic synths and fast-paced drums. Get ready for an incredible journey that will definitely change your mood today.

OVSKY, MYLK – “Other Side”
Let’s keep things fresh and interesting with another stunning one from Poland: Piotr Ostrowski, better known as OVSKY, an electronic dance producer new to the music scene who’s establishing his name with his uplifting and joyful tunes.
Latest release: “Other Side” in collaboration with “MYLK”, a minimal dance tune with extremely unique sounds.
Supported by big artists such as Don Diablo and The Chain Smokers, OVSKY is continuously experimenting, developing, and working hard on new material.

STAR SEED, Crunr – “Voice From The Sky”
Next is an experimental electronic duo born in 2020, formed by two incredibly creative talents called Star Seed. The project is a collection of sounds built to merge the gap between sonic exploration, nature, spirituality, and the unknown. After one EP was released in June of this year, the duo released their latest single a month ago called “Reasons”.
The single is a powerful and emotional electronic-pop tune with angelic and melodic vocal lines.
An inspirational and energetic vibe will accompany you during a long drive back home.

FutureGuy – “Colors”
EDM Producer from Argentina, just 17 years old which makes it the youngest on our list, we want to present you FUTUREGUY.
Better known for his take on the famous track “How deep is your love” by Calvin Harris & Disciples, this lad has some insane skills that we can easily find in his music productions.
His latest release “Colors” is a powerful track with sharp synths and melodic leads combined with detailed drums and phenomenal grooves. A must-listen for all EDM music lovers.

KAWALA – “Searching”
Two minutes and forty are not enough. Believe this tune is so good you won’t stop pushing the repeat button. Kawala, London-based band, still keeps their indie-folk attitude and inspiration in this tune merging it with subtle electronic elements.
“Searching” is that tune that people would definitely start raging and singing out loud when played during a show. Even though Kawal just started their career 3 years, it is not hard to picture them playing arena.
We definitely wish them the best while listening to this amazing new tune.

Midnight Kids – “Out Of Time”
Midnight Kids teamed up with Yueku for a great new tune called “Out Of Time” that merges electronic and pop-rock.
The sound design sometimes reminds the tune from the late 2000s, definitely a tune to listen and dance to during a house party.
The electric guitars definitely give an edge to the tune and the guitar riffs are spot-on. Pop-punk dudes and party goers will be both satisfied listening to this tune.

mha, Korzana, Z3NV0 – “Lost Without You”
“Lost Without You” is the new single from mha, Korzana and Z3NV0. After listening to the song once, the verse melody will get stuck in your head for at least two days in a row.
The future bass drop is extremely well crafted as well as the piano snippets that give breath to tune in the most spot-on parts.
The use of the guitar perfectly complements the tune. Don’t waste any more time and start listening to it.

Idun Nicoline – “Silent”
Although Idun Nucoline is incredibly young, other than incredibly talented, she knows what she’s doing.
In this pop-oriented new tune called called “Silent”, Idun confidently tells a story multiple people can feel related to. Idun Nucoline is a singer-songwriter, pop singer, producer that you absolutely need to keep under your radar.
Her pop production infused with trap elements will chill your day and easily keep you entertained.

Jack Shore, Nova May – “Seventeen”
Nova May and Jack Shore are at their best in this future bass-infuse tune called “Seventeen”.
The drop on this one will definitely take you unprepared, it comes in slapping your face and reminding you that pop tunes can still have some edge.
Although both are very young artists, they know what they’re doing, this eclectic electronic-pop tune is the next tune you’re going to listen to your car screaming Seventeeeen like an obsess.
