Welcome to the Moon!
We had a total blast doing our first Best of The Moon last month.
Well, this month was even funnier, we discovered so many new artists we look forward to introducing you.
This November was full of great releases from incredibly talented musicians, all new in the game as well as extremely audacious.
You can expect some great Electronic tunes, of course, varying from Drum and Bass, Electro-Pop, Future Bass, Dark House but also Pop, RnB, Indie-Pop and Dark-Pop.
Let’s start the trip on the Moon.
FRIDAY NIGHT FIREFIGHT – “Ghost”
Incredible synth-wave project Friday Night Firegifht is a duo from the south coast of the UK formed in 2019.
These guys blend the sound of The Midnight and the energy of Angels & Airwaves, creating their own style with powerful beats and emotional melodies.
Their latest release Ghost got stuck in our head for days: a stunning high-quality track with relieving lyrics and remarkable vocal lines, an overwhelming 80’s/pop punk-inspired production that will leave you astonished.
While they refine their alt-pop sound, let’s make sure we add to our favorite this one.
BRYONII – “Running Away”
Incredible singer and songwriter from the UK, BRYONII has released a marvelous track with Unknown Operator (Producer) that for obvious reasons is included in our best of the month.
Their release Running Away conquered our hearth, a stunning liquid D&B production with vibrant vocal lines and emotional melodies: we can’t stop listening to it.
Bryonii has also released a melodic house EP that has been supported by BBC Introducing earlier this year.
Amazing collab between these artists, waiting for more releases!
Polydrive – “Favorite Band”
Polydrive is a band formed by two brothers, Cam and Cole Tessier, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Both of them multi-instrumentalists, these guys really know how to play together.
They arrange, mix, and master all by themselves in their bedroom.
Released four tracks this year, making their latest release “Favorite Band” an unprecedented hit with emotional vibes, featuring 80’s drums, glamorous guitars, and shimmering plucks. A MUST LISTEN!
Zareaux – “Drift”
ZAREAUX is an incredible solo project of Nicholas Tew based in Denver, Colorado.
Keyboard player and music producer, this artist have an inner talent of making such beautiful tunes that are able to let you escape the real world and have some astonishing journeys far from home.
His latest release is “Drift”, the right tune to listen to when you feel something is off in your daily life and you need some time to disconnect and get immersed in another dimension.

SOLVEN – “Save You”
SOLVEN, a name you probably should have heard, we present you guys with a phenomenal producer from Greece. Starting making music back in 2015 after he got his first guitar as a gift, Mike Papadatos aka SOLVEN has crafted his sound around the deep house genre.
With millions of streams, this guy is able to deliver to the public some high-end music productions. Save you is his latest release, a groovy beat with emotional melodies and astonishing guitar arrangements: the perfect tune for a drive back home during sunset after a beautiful day to the beach.
EDDZ – “My Story”
My story is the new tune from EDDZ aka Liam Taylor, a fresh artist from Northampton, UK. This single is incredibly well written, and indie-rock and indie-pop inspired.
The electronic elements perfectly merge with the 80s influenced synths. My Story was written by Liam describing his experience with cancer, and even though the subject might be tough, the lyrics and melody are uplifting and full of hope.
We wish the best to Liam personally and musically, an artist to keep on your radar for sure.
ROFI JAMES – “Berlin Wall”
Rofi James is a band from Ireland, that start their journey in 2016. In this period previous to the pandemic, they played shows extensively and created a solid fanbase in Ireland. Berlin Wall is their last single.
The song about the desire to escape the monotonous routine and daily troubles of life during a pandemic. What we liked the most about this tune is the catchy lyrics we couldn’t stop to scream: “I don’t care where we are..”.
Incredible gritty vocals that sit perfectly in an electronic pop instrumental that will for sure get stuck in your mind.
XOE-B – “Life In Colour”
Funk is definitely not dead. Thanks to artists like Xoe-B we can still dance to some cool disco tunes and imagine ourselves on the dancefloor showing our best moves. Her new single Life in Colour made us move very easily from the first notes.
The funky bassline is definitely the grooviest element in production, while the catchy and poppy vocals make sure you quickly get fixated with the song.
2 minutes and 51 seconds are not enough for us, so we played the replay button too many times and we still didn’t have enough.
KRIS JAMES – “Nine Lives”
Kris James just released an album by the same name this month, and this pop artist surely put something new to the table.
Even though the single Nine Lives came out a while ago, we felt it was worth mentioning it as part of the new album release. Nine Lives from Kris James is a catchy tune about taking chances and never letting yourself down.
An optimistic tune with beachy vibes, that fits perfectly also during this November with the bad weather here in the UK, spreading some sunshine over the thick clouds.
NUMMY – “Perception”
Nummy is a DJ and producer based in France, and his first tune Perception got us really surprised. Even though he’s super new in the genre, the mix production is incredibly crafted in this electronic house tune.
The radio edit of the single is fun and very catchy for every ear and electronic aficionado. However, we deeply suggest you go for the Original mix, almost double the length of the radio edit.
While listening to Perception you would wish you’ll be catapulted into a rave immediately. Nummy put Trance and Hardstyle elements in the mix which makes this tune an absolute banger for Music Festival.
Tiffany Hill – “Losing Faith”
Tiffany Hill is another talented artist based in London,UK. She studied in New York and traveled a lot, making this a source of inspiration for her music.
Her last release Losing Faith is a solid pop production, confident, and incredibly characteristic with her unique vocal lines and the particular rhythm of the beat.
It also exposed to the listener her vulnerable side of the difficult relationship with world climate change.
High-quality productIon that can’t be missed in our best of the month.
Nick Catoire – “Stranger”
Nick Catoire is a pop artist, singer and songwriter based in Louisiana, USA. Nick released his first EP that speaks about losing his first love, and each song is part of his healing process.
His latest track Stranger, has heartbreaking lyrics as all of us have been through a breakup, so he reminds us that we are not the only one; an incredible production with refined percussions and delightful rhythms, featuring melodic vocal chops that will hook you like crazy!

Mini Saints – “Romeo” (EDES Remix)
Bringing back summer vibes with the freshest style, Mini Saints is the right guy for this manner. Amazing producer based in New York, he’s able to combine together different genres and give life to a brand new sound that’s pleasant to your ears.
His latest release Romeo features the incredible vocals of Gess, crisp synths, and wavy basses. The single was also released with a remix package from different artists, and our favorite was the EDES Remix, an incredible groovy remix that must be included in our Best Of The Moon playlist! Go check it out!
Julia Lostrom – “Walk Away”
Another incredible singer and songwriter who couldn’t miss this list, Julia Lostrom.
Based in Melbourne but raised in Zambian and born in Greek, an artist who combines Lofi Pop-electronic melodies to modern R&B beats, she got the attention of many.
A powerful, unique voice, accompanied by melancholic, sensual melodies and stylish synths, Julia will make you fall in love with her music.
Latest release: Walk Away with Max Glyde, a future sound for a very late evening after a long day.
HUNTER BLAIR AMBROSE – “Scorpio Season”
An extremely captivating vocalist based in New York City, ladies and gentlemen we want to introduce today a fresh wave of electronic pop/r&b with the latest album of HUNTER BLAIR AMBROSE.
Evolving from contemporary pop to lo-fi R&B, with electronic elements and powerful vocals, the album is the expression of Ambrose’s thoughts and feelings, a journey that will make you can’t really miss.
Our favorite?? Scorpio Season, a chill and intimate vibe featuring ethereal pluck and future synths, is definitely the track we’d loop during a special night.
GE & LUKE – “You and Me”
Ge & Luke is a songwriter and producer duo based in Zurich, Switzerland. These extremely passionate guys aim to create high-quality music to inspire others.
Their signature in their music is the mix of acoustic instruments with a synthesized production: uplifting and emotional melodies will definitely motivate you even during your worst day of the week. “You and Me” is their latest single featuring Victoria Grant that will leave you astonished with her enchanting voice.
For sure it deserved a place as one of the best of the month, amazing track!
On Fleek – “Quadrantid-94”
ON FLEEK is another stunning EDM producer based in the Netherlands.
His latest track Quadrantid-94 is a melodic future house production: a confident and energetic production that features punchy drums, acid basses, and detuned plucks.
He put so much care into the sound design, making it extremely unique and easily recognizable.
He also supports climate change with his next album set to be released next year: 25% of the earnings from this album will be donated to WWF for the fight against climate change.
ERASTE – “Habits”
Eraste, an extremely rare talent, self-taught singer and instrumentalist based in Dallas, USA.
Just 21 years old, with her angelic voice and her deep and meaningful lyrics, this artist is capable of letting you dive into a bunch of thoughts and emotions, a trip that you’ll hardly forget.
Her latest release is Habits, an emotional and poetic pop song that wants to express the experience and the feeling of the artist: accompanied by a high-quality production featuring upbeat drum patterns, retro synths, and ambient pads, Habits is the perfect track to listen to something different and unique. Best of The Moon Playlist!!
Mr Starz – “Party All Night”
Travis aka MR. STARZ is back with another banger tune, ready to pump our speakers for some crazy night out.
For those who missed it earlier, Travis is an EDM producer from Boston who specialized in house and hard house music with dark and powerful vibes.
His latest release “Party All Night” is our pick of the month for this genre: a powerful track with insidious sounds, groovy drumbeats, all in a dark and energetic mood. Fans of electronic music festivals would like to hear this for sure!
MH – “Touch Feat. MAYH3MP“
The youngest on our list, Marquan Harper aka MH is a 15 years old music producer from Minnesota.
His latest release “Touch” is a collaboration track with the producer Endlessssslep and singer Mayh3mp that teamed up together to give life to a sick tune.
Touch is a love song, a mix of hyper pop and deep house that will catch your attention with its groove and vocal hooks accompanying you for a great trip. Listen now on our Best Of The Moon playlist.
LEKNA – “Wide Awake”
Music producer and guitarist from the UK, London, Lekna is an incredible lad that reminds the sound of big artists such as Kygo and B.B King.
Playing music since he was 8 and passionate about rock and roll, Lekna found himself later on in house music. His skills with the guitar make his music unique, you’ll be delighted with powerful beats and charming melodies, rhythmic guitars, and woodwind instruments.
The latest release: Wide Awake Featuring Jordan Lee, definitely can’t go unnoticed. Best of the month!
NOSDA – “Hide”
Experienced and skilled welsh electronic music producer/DJ based in the UK, known also under his old alias “Endaf”.
Nosda’s latest release is called “Hide”, featuring the amazing soulful voice of the singer and songwriter The Honest Poet: An emotional pop production with future synths, emotional plucks, and groovy drum patterns.
The vocal side is a mix of hip hop, spoken words, and soul style that merge into open and honest lyrics. We are pretty sure that this track will accompany you on a thoughtful journey.
DANNY BEAU – “PICTURESQUE“
Including in our best of the month a very young artist based in Philadelphia: Danny Beau. Danny has been singing and playing piano since he was a child, starting to write songs just at age ten.
Extremely new in the indie-pop music scene, He just released his second single called Picturesque, an incredible production that features retro synths and incredibly sharp drums, accompanied by the incredible Dannie’s vocal lines that will guide you throughout the day.
Danny will steal your heart with his unique timbre and the creative use of his voice.
FHUR – “We Just Wanna Have Fun”
Can’t miss in this list some Dark Pop vibes, and our favorite this month in this genre is FHUR!
Based in London, this incredible artist has a very distinctive sound, mixing future synths and groovy beats to some gloomy and melancholic melodies.
She’s actually working on her first EP that will be released in early 2022.
Her latest track is “We Just Wanna Have Fun”, a club/dance tune featuring acid basses, sharp synths, and attractive vocals in a dreamy and dark mood. Don’t miss out!
DJ G-STRING – “No One Ever Said”
DJ G-String teamed up with Honey B Sweet bringing to us an incredibly catchy Tropical House tune that’s very hard to forget. DJ G-String is a female DJ, multi-instrumentalist and producer currently based in Chicago.
This new remix of her release No One Ever Said, starts with some 80s inspired synths and then evolves into a techno-pop track we would definitely love to hear in a club night on a busy weekend.
Both artists do a great job bringing us some nice 80s nostalgia and the energy of modern electronic music. definitely a hot jam even for this cold month.
Julian Mudd – “Growing Pains”
Julian Mudd definitely made a genre-defining tune that will open doors to thousands of other independent artists.
Growing Pains is a tune about overcoming pain after a break-up and the comic genre and funky instrumental definitely make the tune very catchy. But there’s something very unique about this song.
Julian Mudd Musician turned developer, made an NFT version of the tune. Actually, there’s going to be 10k variations of the song, any of them different from each other. That’s the future and we are very amazed!!
James Bakian – “Use Me”
James Bakian is a fairly young singer and producer based in London, UK. Even though James is just seventeen years old, with his last single Use Me proved to really know how to craft an eclectic tune.
The vocals have an RnB style mainly with a rap part in the middle of the song as well Overall the instrumentation and beat make this song perfect for a club as well as a happy-hour lounge bar along the shore to enjoy the sunset.
From electronic, minimal techno to RnB, we were immensely hooked by the chorus melody, making this already a summer hit.
