HYPERSPACE: Best Discoveries of the Week – Episode Thirty-three

We hope you had an amazing easter this year, while we didn’t waste too much time on eating chocolate eggs, we made sure to bring something to the table for you all.
Our expedition was again very successful, and we came back with some amazing tunes to share with you. You’ll find a rollercoaster of emotions and feelings in this edition so be ready for the journey.

IDN – “Velvet Sanctuary”
IDN is here to remind us how to move our bodies on the dancefloor, with his stylish groove and powerful sound, he’s bringing us his stunning music directly from Los Angeles.
His latest tune “Velvet Sanctuary” released just a couple of weeks ago is the perfect tune to start the weekend, taking inspiration from 90’s UK rave at its euphoric peak and early Detroit techno, mixed with pop sensibilities!

PAPPELALLEE – “The Abyss”
To stay in theme, we’ll keep the dancefloor on fire with the sound of Pappelallee, a wonderful artist from Cologne, Germany.
His latest song “The Abyss” is an electronic/minimal techno tune that will sweep the tech lovers off their feet with gracious and imposing ease with its solid remarkable production and the radiance the track will evoke.

APHIRE – “Rise”
Time to get ready for the festival season in the UK, and we can definitely do it with the help of the incredible artist Aphire and his powerful sound.
This phenomenal guy brings us a very catchy upbeat song called “Rise” released just 2 weeks ago: an EDM/alternative techno tune that features remarkable angelic vocals, compelling melodies and electro-pop sound elements. don’t miss out!

LILY WELCH – “STAY”
Lily Welch is an upcoming talented artist, singer and songwriter from Vermont, US, and she definitely has a very interesting and catchy sound, navigating between an alternative indie genre to a bedroom pop style we literally fell for this wonderful singer.
Her latest release “Stay” will hypnotize you with its upbeat tempo and its enchanting vocal melodies!

TEESHYBABY – “Time Heals Everything”
Fasten your seatbelts ‘cause Teeshybaby will bring you on a memorable journey with his incredible sound! This amazing artist from Canada aims to stand out, and he definitely does with his latest EP released just a few weeks ago called “Time Heals Everything”.
This project features a total of 4 tracks, and all of them tell a story reaching your mind and soul. You really can’t miss this out.

BABY X DADDY – “BUBBLES”
BabyXDaddy is an outstanding project based in London, UK, bringing us some electronic minimal vibes with their latest release “BUBBLES”.
This is a powerful dark-electro pop tune that features some extremely refined sound design and the edgy vocals of Baby that definitely gives the track that unique style that gets addictive!

ANT TARRANT – “Locked In Your Eyes”
Ant Tarrant is the incredible project of the brothers’ Ant and Nick, this producer and songwriter duo will shake your emotions with their outstanding evolving sound.
Their latest release “Locked In Your Eyes” features lush vocals, retro synths and rocking basses, along with complex drum rhythms and an incredibly solid musical arrangement. Sick production here, don’t miss out!

J CRU – “Glonky”
Get ready for what’s coming next, your mind will definitely be blown up with the sick sound of J CRU, an incredible duo based in Los Angeles, US.
Their latest tune is called “Glonky”, in collaboration with talented artist INJI they were able to create a stunning banger: an extremely catchy alternative hip-hop song with electronic elements and an upbeat rhythm, incredible!

JIN SHIN – “Grateful”
Jin Shin is an upcoming rapper from London, UK, here to speak to the listeners with his thoughtful lyrics. His first tune released last week is called “Grateful”, and it’s a testament to becoming stronger through facing adversity. This is an alternative hip-hop tune that hosts groovy drum patterns and some very remarkable vocal lines. Stay tuned for more stuff from this artist!

SHANA SARETT – “Cold In LA”
Shana Sarett is a rising indie-pop star from Los Angeles, US. This incredible singer, songwriter, and DJ, brings an informed sound to the pop world, bringing her many influences into her genre-spanning music. Her latest tune “Cold In LA” will definitely make your body move: a nostalgic, synth-heavy bop with remarkable drops along with dreamy and catchy vocals!

SOMBERTRAP – “Reflection 2.0”
Wonderful artist Sombertrap surely got us unexpectedly with his latest release “Reflection 2.0” released a few weeks ago. This track is a piano instrumental that can easily reach our hearts with thoughtful feelings, letting us dive into our deepest emotions thanks to the calming structure of the song and the beautiful melodies played. This tune will warm your heart!


TALLY KOREN – “Watch Your Thoughts (It’s Who You Are)” (Xander Milne Remix)
Tally Koren is a talented indie-pop artist from London, UK, a phenomenal artist with loads of experience in the music industry, gaining a solid fanbase and thousands of streams: she definitely knows what she’s doing!
Her latest tune “Watch Your Thoughts (It’s Who You Are)” has just been remixed by Xander Milne in a full dance style, just in time for some summer-ish vibes!

MINA – “Lucky”
Excited to have with us the charming singer and songwriter Mina from Switzerland and based in London, this incredible artist is a true talent and has a breathtaking voice.
Her latest release is a cover of one of Britney Spears biggest hits “Lucky”, and Mina’s take on this one is absolutely gorgeous, giving it a groovy new-soul twist along delightful vocals!

ALICE JAYNE – “The Tower”
Alice Jayne is a wonderful electropop singer and songwriter based in London, UK, and she’s here to make us feel better with her powerful sound, full of sensational feelings and emotions. Her latest tune released a few weeks ago is called “The Tower”, an electronic dance-pop tune in a full retro style, featuring vintage synth-basses, lush pads and enchanting vocals: you’ll get really hooked by this one!

GRICHU – “Ma Ma”
Be ready to raise your hands and start dancing to this tune in the background. Incredibly catchy and danceable “Ma Ma” is the latest tune from Canadian producer/singer and DJ Grichu. She is a complete talent house in one person and this electro-pop/EDM-based song proves her abilities. The track has an amazing groove and catchy melody, which reminisces some elements of French House and projects like Parov Stellar. Such a great track.

NIERI – “Body 2 Body (Alpha Moses Remix)”
NIERI, American singer based in Los Angeles, recently released his tune Body 2 Body, an incredibly catchy pop tune with solid vocal performance. Today, we are sharing the remix that Alpha Moses did for the track. This remix is slightly faster than the original, which makes it the perfect fit for club nights. Alpha Moses also added some typical 90s electronic music elements that elevated the tune to new heights. Be sure to not miss this one.


ANNIE ON THE RUN – “Thunderstorm”
Let’s now fly to United Kingdom for this next artist. annie on the run just released her latest tune called Thunderstorm. This is an incredibly uplifting tune, with some beautiful cinematic vibes. The piano arrangement has a solid sound design which paired with the artist’s vocal performance, makes the tune a unique experience that teleports you in a sublime soundscape. If piano-driven songs are your thing, this might be your new favorite tune.

TAPE DECK TERRORIST – “One Step Stereo”
While mainstream rap music tends to be an imitation of already superficial and minimal tunes, that are other artists like Tape Deck Terrorist, that bring all the talent they have on the track, creating something never heard before. his last track One Step Stereo is a perfect example of this. The artist wrote a vocal line and outstanding lyrics that match perfectly with the beat. The flow on this one is a complete trip with many changes and inspirations from old-school rap, but still incredibly fresh.

JON HENRI – “Gravity”
Last but not least we have an extremely catchy tune from artist Jon Henri. The track is called Gravity, and this song really blew our minds for all the great inspirations it has. There’s a funky groove and bassline and vocals that take inspiration from early rap bands like Sugarhill Gang while adding also some indie rock elements which create a peculiar tune that’s incredibly danceable and fresh.
