We were not expecting such an amazing album at this time of the year. Rich G is freaking lit, believe us, we haven’t heard such a solid rap act in a while. His album Get Rich Quick produced by Suspenseful is unbelievably good. You can see the chemistry Rich G has with this producer is evident.
The old-school-inspired instrumentation has some dark vibes we absolutely dig and the lyrics written by Rich G are always very well thought out. If you miss the good old rap, that’s gonna be your next jam.
BARLEYCOVE – “Forget You”
Barleycove really surprised us with their latest release Forget You. The sound design created on this track is outstanding, with some mesmerizing and dreamy vibes. The track seems to accompany us on a journey. The tune starts with a minimal intro, but the other instruments and the charming vocals teleport us into an alternative soundscape.
This art-pop track is pure drug, we are definitely addicted to it, we feel extremely high and the vibes that it conveys are extremely chill yet uplifting. If you are searching for something different than the usual pop song, this electro-pop gem will definitely surprise you.
MANU CHEVALIER – “I belong to you (feat Michael Washington)”
It is time to dance to this incredibly catchy track. Manu Chevalier and Michael Washington just released the tune I belong to You, a very danceable track that will make you wanna dance even if you’re tired to work doing some extremely boring stuff. The song has some very funky vibes, with a really groovy bassline and high-pitch vocals adding the right mood to the track.
The vocals are performed in a very audacious way, charming and passionate with that hint of sexiness that’s gonna make you fall in love with this tune. The wind instruments are the cherry on top, making this song exceptional. It is September, and funky and this month go hand in hand so do yourself a favor and listen to this tune.
