HYPERSPACE: Best Discoveries of the Week – Episode Thirteen

Dear Space traveler,
That’s our last hyperspace before November. We were able to avoid all the Christmas tunes around, we are really not fans of them sorry. If you’re into Christmas songs that’s the wrong place.
Here we are looking for new and compelling music projects, and we are happy to say that also this week was full of great releases that we are showing you here, now. Forget about Black Friday for a moment and let’s focus on the real sh!t. MUSIC!

ANNA BELLE – “Glass Delusion”
Anna Belle is back with another amazing single, after being with us in one of our Best Of The Moon edition (see here in case you missed it), she released a nostalgic 80s tune that will definitely keep us company during some lonely evening. The song is called “Glass Delusion”, she wrote this song in June after she was in a traffic collision and subsequently robbed by the driver.

ELI LADON – “10 Milligrams”
Eli Ladon is an incredible rapper, with his strong sound we can hear a reminisce of The Smiths and The Pixes in his music even tho he is a hip-hop artist.
His latest release called “10 Milligrams” will definitely drive us into deep thoughts, and be careful not to be stuck in there! Very original and remarkable tune from this artist, make sure you give a follow!

MICHAEL JOYCE – “Safe Again”
We are extremely excited to have with us Michael Joyce: this incredible artist from Norwich, UK, bring us a “one of a kind” tune called “Safe Again”.
Well, just seat your belts, this tune has a lot to offer, from its incredible groove to the astonishing set of sounds used, the song will drive you through some crazy journey along a trippy video available on youtube. Links are just below!


SAHARA BECK – “Mr Breezy”
We are glad to have back on SpaceSour Sahara Beck, marvelous talent with a powerful voice.
She brings us her fresh new single “Mr Breezy”, a song that will definitely hook us with its catchy mood and retro pop style, along with beautiful lyrics and pretty remarkable vocal melodies.

DANNY OLOCKLIN – “Story Of A Houseparty”
Danny Olocklin is an unbelievable talent, this guys definitely know what he’s doing, and we can understand it with his latest release that just came out today: “Story Of A Houseparty”.
Not only the song is incredibly catchy and remarkable, with a great groove and addictive melodies, but also a true story about a houseparty that he hosted. Genius, this guy deserves more than just a listen. FOLLOW!

OZZ GOLD – “Sweet Escape”
Here we are with another banger from Ozz Gold bringing us his 5th release called “Sweet Escape”: this is a tropical/progressive house track about the happiness he found in making music.
The groove and the enchanting melodies of this tune easily bring us back to summer, along with all the memories of it. A very much-needed tune right now, this tune definitely won’t hold you from dancing!

NOTEVENSTEVENS – “Patina Feat. Femme Fatene”
Notevenstevens is a fresh multifaceted artists in the Australian music scene. He is a genre-bending, producer, songwriter & creative director.
His latest release called “Patina” (featuring Femme Fatene) is an electronic production that let us fall in love with the incredible sound the tune offer: ear candy and catchy, this song got immediately stuck in our mind!


BLOODLIN3 – “Execution Day (feat. Bizzy Bone & AC Killer)”
BLOODLIN3 is an independent music group consisting of 3 brothers (2Severe, Quiji, & Mallachi), and this magical trio is bringing to the table some very interesting stuff.
Their debut single called “Execution Day” featuring Bizzy Bone & AC Killer is a hip-hop tune with a flow coming directly from space: these guys definitely know how to blow your mind!

BLENDING BORDERS – “Prologue”
Blending Borders is an Alternative Progressive-Rock band from Wiener Neustadt, Austria. Their music has magical arrangements and enchanting melodies, with a very original sound.
Their new single “Prologue” is the opening song for their upcoming album: a beautiful cinematic track that will immerse us in their beautiful music world full of surprises.

OBSCENITY STATE – “Moke Lake”
OBSCENITY STATE is a London-born female electronic producer/audiovisual artist. She will hook your ears with her unique blend of electronica, expansive sound design, harmonically rich compositions and hypnotic dance rhythms.
Her latest release “Moke Lake” is out today, an electronic dance tune featuring cascading melodic synthesis, expansive sound design and psychedelic, overlapping sequences. A unique tune that can’t be missed by electronic music lovers!

C KAHARI – “Rolling, Floating”
C KAHARI has just released his latest single called “Rollin, Floating”, a moody alternative R&B song with spacey sounds that switches between introspective rap verses and slow melodic hook.
This tune is incredibly chill, dreamy, and remarkable, featuring very catchy vocal lines, and a sound design that perfectly fits the contest with an outstanding vibe.

DANA REXX – “Rebel”
Dana Rexx is a rising pop star and she makes music that explores the boundaries between tribal rhythms and electronic power pop with a dark edge.
Her latest release “Rebel” is a hyperpop/electronic-pop tune written as a rallying cry to all the misfits out there, an energetic song that will surely catch you with its powerful vibes and its enchanting melodies!

MICHAELANGELO MATOS – “Look Up”
Michelangelo Matos is a New York-based singer, songwriter, composer, sound designer and music producer known for his soulful gritty vocals, dynamic stage presence and genre-bending sound.
His latest release “Look Up” is a groovy electronic dance track featuring the acclaimed Zambian producer duo Kreative Nativez and renowned DJ/producer Morsy: a banger track that you don’t want to miss out!

RONI DOT – “Frozen Things”
Let’s fly directly to the Netherlands, for our next guest. She goes under the name Roni Dot and just released a very compelling tune called Frozen Things.
The track as a very engaging and immersive sound design. You can hear some 80s-inspired sounds, especially in the vocal production, the arrangement is very mysterious and well-curated. An eletro-pop tune you shouldn’t miss.

TALIYA HAFIZ – “Just Not You”
This next artist is ready to become international. She knows more languages than you could ever learn and collaborates with many creatives around the world. Taliya Hafiz is based in Paris, France and her tune Just Not You, sounds global.
Her vocals sound very intimate, and the piano accompanying her voice, uplifts the lyrics and intimacy of the track. An artist full of potential, capable of giving you goosebumps with a simple piano song like this one.

CHRIS SAUNDERS – “Countdown”
Let’s jump to the United States for this next one. This next tune is extremely catchy, a pop tune with some funky and afrobeat vibes. Chris Saunders just delivered a very summery and positive tune together with TIHANE.
His latest tune is called Countdown, and here Chris is able to express his vocal talent and merge perfectly in the beat. The guitar licks are the perfect addition to the track, with a groovy bassline that will make your bum move for sure.

THY VEILS – “Influx”
Now, let’s quickly come back to the old country. We need to introduce to you this incredible project from Romania. Thy Veils, is an electronic music project that introduces some very engaging and compelling sound design elements into their tracks, and a clear example is their last tune Influx.
With some electronic and industrial elements, they are able to create an immersive track, which would sound amazing also as a cinematic soundtrack. The vocals are also an amazing feature in the mix, especially on this last tune of theirs.

XANDER MOON – “Hi – Fives”
That’s the last artist for today’s Hyperspace. He comes from Austria and goes under the name Xander Moon.
On his last tune “Hi-fives” he was able to show all of his vocal talent and impressive range. With a very peculiar and recognizable falsetto, this tune has some nice melancholic vibes, which we found very touching at times. That’s a very young artist with some true potential here.
