Today we take you through a journey of unwinding and emotional self-exploration with See Level’s second album Frame of Mine, a lo-fi pop musical painting depicting an inner voyage, in which each track is a gracious brushstroke. See Level, aka Andre Dennis, graphic designer and producer from LA, weaves together the gentle allure of lo-fi aesthetics with the melodic charm of the guitar and other instruments, creating a mesmerizing soundscape that captivates and soothes the heart while stimulating the imagination and a sense of introspection.
It will take less than an hour to listen to all of the 20 tracks in this album, which opens with a quite cinematic and mysterious-sounding piece, Frame of Mine. Shadow Self, on the other hand, perfectly captures the feeling of going through a spiritual awakening, in which one has to meet the darker part of themselves, with its deep sounds, gloomy piano chords and low bass. See Level showcases his ability to create atmospheric soundscapes, where ethereal synths, exotic percussions and reverb-drenched guitars intermingle, allowing listeners to drift away into this kaleidoscope of sound.
